Philosophy


The client is not always right
Our view is that the client often is wrong. We emphasize the need  to "reverse the problem", i.e. to question and discuss the market and buyer assumptions made by the client, before presenting a research solution. Sometimes we recommend the client not to carry out the research planned, since it wouldn´t be worth while.

Client partnership before market exposure
Growth, in terms of number of employees, is not a high priority goal, since this would negatively affect quality and client loyalty. For this reason it is unlikely that you will hear about Refina through expensive marketing activities. It is more likely that you hear about us from someone that has experience in using Refina's services.

Networking rules
Refina see many advantages in networking and frequently co-operate with other proven high skilled companies. The co-operation concerns tasks like interviewing, data processing and consulting concerning special research methods. We always manage the core of the mission, i.e. the research design and the analysis very tightly.
