MENU REVIEW. Pressing one of the 32 Menu Section Keys gives you EXPRESS ACCESS to all the Dishes linked to that Menu Key. A Displayed DISH may be
modified a number of ways, such as Change Course, Switch Price,
Switch Quantity, Switch Cooking Style, Insert Time Interval and so on.
ORDER REVIEW. Before transmitting the order to the kitchen, the Order Content may be checked to make sure that nothing has been missed out before (SEND ORDER).
TABLE REVIEW You make review the Sale Content of a Table Account at any time. Very useful for checking if that last bottle of wine or pot of coffee, so hurriedly served, have been charged for.
Olympia exclusive "Cover Monitor".
In addition to printing the Cover Numbers on the Kitchen Order,
the "Cover Monitor" visually updates the Entry and Exit of customers enabling the Executive Chef to instantly check at any time, the number of customers still remaining in the Restaurant thus allowing him or her to reassign or reorganise the Kitchen Staff.
Prompts
All the DISHES may be programmed to request a PROMPT when ordered, and this may be, How Cook, Optional Extras, Cooking Time and so on.
Olympia exclusive 'AUTO COURSE LOCATION'.
Every DISH may be preset with a 'Normally Is' course number and you may enter a Food/Drink order in RANDOM sequence. When you execute (SEND ORDER) the system will first re-arrange the Order into Correct Course Sequence and print it accordingly in the kitchen or bar.
