Chinese Painting

I have always been fascinated by paintings from china and the characters of the chineese calligraphy. I began to study chineese calligraphy in Stockholm some time around 1993. My teacher then was professor Tien Lung. I studied for him about four years.

In 1995 I went to China to participate in a summer course at the China National Academy of Fine Arts in Hangzhou. It was a wonderful experience and an outstanding opportunity to paint and do calligraphy with the great teachers and artists of this school. Also the city Hangzhou itself is a must for any visitor to China.
