Assistent to the person injured



The person injured can have a support with oneself, a relative or someone else
suitable person as a personell support, at the preliminary hearing and at the trial.
In the case of rape and other sexual outrages, in some assults etc.
can a legal assistent be appointed as a person injured. If the person injured
claiming damages can in some cases public legal aid be granted and a juridical
assistent be appointed for the injured person.

The person injured and witnesses


In some cases it can be a difficult for the person injured or a witness
to meet the person who exposed her or someone close for crime.
An example is such case about womenassault, case about rape and
other sexual outrage, drugcase etc. In such case can the person injured
or the witness leave the testamony without the defendeds presence. There
is also possibilities to have such hearings within closed doors.
The court can also participate to that the person injured and the defended can avoid
to meet. A person injured or a witness who on this ground of fear or of other
reason donīt want to meet the defended at the trial should as soon as possible announce this
to the courts president.


APPEARANCEDUTY



The one who has been summoned to court is guilty to come. If You are sick ore think oneself
have other reasonably cause (lawful absence) not to come, must immediately contact
oneself to court, who gives instruction if he is suspended.
If You fail to appeare in court without no cause can be judged to pay
penalty (one in the summon given amount) or to be picked up to court by a police.


Does everyone has to witness in court ?


The rule are that You are guilty to tell what You know about how the crime was happening. Close
relatives to for example the defended doesnīt need to witness, if they donīt want to. There exists
rules about exception from witnessduty to some workgroups and special
regulations for children under 15 years etc. Even if You donīt would be
forced to make a statement. You are guilty to appeare in court after
You got a summon .
