The method of the project:

Individual - Empowerment group - Employment project - Society

During the first period each participant created an individual platform and produced a carrerplan for action and education for the next few years in both short and long terms. The board had to let the participants work in wide ranges. It is important that the participants will be "job-creating" as well as "job-seeking". Most of the individual evaluation takes place in the E-groups.

Then a period of preparing education, further planning and working in special projects followed. The groups could for example work with creative dramatic art, self-confidence training, mental training, target focusing, relaxation and physical activities.

From the first day every participant wrote her own log. As a part of the evaluation each E-group writes a common log on everyone’s liability.

Every participant has an individual associate in Chemnitz and Wien. They have weekly contacts by e-mail thereby improving there computer skill, using a foreign language, creating a personal international network and learn more about the European Union. If possible we will let them create their own Internet homepage.
