Unemployed persons can help each other.

Women, who want to change their situation, were invited to take part in an Empowerment group in order to establish the necessary conditions for creative thinking, finding new solutions and create a desire to try something new.

Empowerment is based on

• organisation - on/out of the basic level.
• skill - increase and make use of
• self-control - take charge of their own lives
• self-confidence - to trust themselves and their ability
• belief in the future - to venture planning
• prevention - prevent social and medical illness
• everyone acts of there own free will and motivation - not on orders from other people.

There are different ways of dealing with future changes. We have chosen the Empowerment concept in addition to Non-violent Communication.
