1. Download Fedora6

# mkdir /fedora6
   Use one of Fedora download mirrors or:
   ftp://ftp.sunet.se/pub/Linux/distributions/fedora/linux/releases/6/Fedora/i386/iso/
   (Be sure, that this is a recomended mirror!
   Compare the SHA1SUM with equivalent file on other mirrors)

   Using DVD: Download FC-6-i386-DVD.iso into /fedora6
   Using CD:  Download FC-6-i386-disc1.iso - FC-6-i386-disc5.iso
   into /fedora6.
   (Att! Totally 3.5 GB of data. At 50 kb/sec - total time 20 hrs)
   Download the SHA1SUM file containing the checksums.	

2. Check the integrity of downloaded files
# sha1sum  FC-6-i386-DVD.iso    /* for DVD */
# sha1sum  FC-6-i386-disc1.iso  /* for CD */
..
# sha1sum  FC-6-i386-disc5.iso

Compare the computed checksums with the specified ones
in th SHA1SUM file. If equal, data was loaded properly.

3. Crteate a copy of boot.iso using the FC-6-i386-disc1.
# mkdir /iso
# mount -o loop -t iso9660 /fedora6/FC-6-i386-disc1.iso /iso
# cp /iso/images/boot.iso /fedora6/boot.iso
# umount /iso

4. Burn the installations discs.
   Use the writable DVD or CD driver (linux use X-CD-roast)
   Burn the boot.iso on boot_disc. (For both DVD or CD)
   Burn FC-6-i386-DVD.iso onto disc1 in case of DVD
   Burn FC-6-i386-disc1.iso - FC-6-i386-disc5.iso on disc1 - disc5
   in case of CD. 

5. Boot from the boot_disc
   Insert the disk1 when Fedora is asking for CD input.
